Rooftop House

With council regulations restricting certain types of development in this subdivision, our ambition is to challenge what is restricted. The unique site overlooks the entire township of Orange, Mount Canobolas and the Molong valley. While development is restricted to single storey development, allowing views to all developments, we sought to capitalise on the locality, knowing that no other house has the same potential to play with. Usable roof space was our solution that opened many opportunities, being the rooftop bar. Oriented for year round use, our clients can't wait to have their own private bar open for business.
